MVAAC Website Gets a Makeover

Great things come to those who wait, and the wait is over.

We are proud to announce the new and improved MVAAC.org is live!

We know that the arts matter to you and we wanted to deliver a mobile-friendly website that made it easier to explore opportunities to engage with the arts in our community. Our primary goal in the redesign process was to create a more modern and design-forward experience for users.

On our website, you will find easy to access information about our two signature festivals: Lincoln Highway Arts Festival and Chalk the Walk, as well as programs that we fund throughout the community, like the poet laureate and grant opportunities. We were pleased to partner with local marketing company Amethyst Content Marketing to bring our dreams to life.

They designed the website and logo to be a reflection of the heart of MVAAC’s mission, vision, and values. Not only did we want a logo that set us apart, but we also wanted a logo that would visually represent the cultural vibrancy that surrounds us and that we seek to enhance in the Mount Vernon area.

We love this community and we look forward to being able to serve you better in our mission to increase the knowledge, understanding, cooperation, appreciation, and practice of the arts within the Mount Vernon-Lisbon area.
