From Poet Laureate Marianne Taylor

All is well at the Poetry Box on Main Street

But for cummings’ Valentine’s Day selection, February’s cold and snow warranted a collection of rather chilly poems.  If, understandably, you didn’t get uptown to read them all, here they are:

“Below Zero” by Jay Parini

“love is more thicker than forget” by e. e. cummings

“Those Winter Sundays” by Robert Hayden

“Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening” by Robert Frost

Hope you’re staying warm while we wait for the great thaw!

Marianne
